You have 14 days after receipt of your items to return this order, partially return this order, or request an exchange (cancellation and subsequent new order).

We will confirm your cancellation as soon as possible and provide you with a valid return address.
After your cancellation, you have 14 days time to return the items at your cost. After we receive your return, we will refund your purchase price including original shipping costs, or in case of exchange we will credit your account in that same amount.
DEALERS: Returns will be accepted, but no refunds. Instead your purchase account will be credited in the amount of the return. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of merchandise as indicated for the consumers above. Optionally, you can utilize the following return form.
